Your path to the GVA and spa application

Three steps to a treatment covered by health insurance-

• Step 1: Complete the spa treatment application with your doctor. Your doctor will confirm the necessity of the spa treatment. If possible, your insurance company will take your preferred location (Bad Deutsch-Altenburg) into account.

• Step 2: Now submit the application to your insurance company. Once the application is approved, your insurance company will fully reimburse the costs of the treatment (any applicable deductibles must be taken into account).

• Step 3: After approval by your insurance company, you will then receive your invitation letter from us with all the information about your spa stay.

Course fee subsidy

Your application for a subsidy for spa treatment costs must be submitted by your family doctor.
After approval, you will receive the approved subsidy from your insurance company upon presentation of the spa invoice, confirmation of stay, and the doctor's report.

Private spa
