Iodine-sulfur spring
The Ludwigstorff Spa Resort is home to Austria's strongest iodine-sulfur spring. This spring was already being used by the Romans 2,000 years ago. With its healing properties, our sulfur spring forms the basis for the successful treatment of rheumatism, osteoporosis, spinal problems, and skin conditions such as psoriasis and neurodermatitis. The sulfide sulfur is absorbed through the skin and respiratory mucosa, thus exerting its anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, and soothing effects.
