When is the arrival time?

Please arrive between 2 pm and 4:30 pm.

What parking options are available for cars and bicycles?

  • Right next to the Ludwigstorff Spa Resort, there are plenty of free public parking spaces available for your car.

  • The Ludwigstorff Spa Resort provides free parking spaces for your bicycle.

  • E-bikes can be charged for free.

How can I get to you using public transport?

  • The S7 express train runs hourly from Vienna towards Wolfsthal to Bad Deutsch Altenburg.

  • Please let us know your arrival time in Bad Deutsch Altenburg. We offer a free shuttle service.

Accommodation in a single or double room?

  • Generally, private rooms are guaranteed at the Ludwigstorff Spa Resort. If you are coming with a companion (50% partner discount for double occupancy) or as a couple, we will gladly reserve a double room for you.

How is the deductible paid?

  • The deductible is paid directly at the reception of the Ludwigstorff Spa Resort upon arrival, either in cash or by card.

Is there a laundry facility?

  • The Ludwigstorff Spa Resort offers a laundry service. A cleaning company collects your laundry weekly, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, which you must first drop off at reception. Laundry bags and a price list are available at reception.

Do I need to bring my own bathrobe or bath towels?

  • No. The Ludwigstorff Spa Resort provides you with a bathrobe and all necessary bath towels for therapy and the wellness area free of charge.

Is it possible to go home on weekends?

  • No. A break in treatment from Saturday to Sunday is only possible for compelling reasons and with the approval of your insurance provider.

  • An excursion on a day without therapy or in the afternoon after therapy sessions is possible at any time. You must return to the Ludwigstorff Spa Resort after 10 p.m.
